I've never done Pilates. Is the board suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. The Pilatella board suits beginners and more experienced practitioners alike. Start at your own pace and gradually increase the intensity with the different resistance levels.

How much space do I need to train?

No need for a big room. A clear patch of floor is enough: unfolded, the board measures 106 × 42 cm. It then stores away easily after your session.

How do I access the Pilatella programmes?

What are the board's weight and dimensions?

The Pilatella board weighs 3.9 kg (4.9 kg with its carry bag and accessories) and measures 106 × 42 cm unfolded. Its compact format makes it easy to store at home or take with you.

What are the technical specifications?

Can I use the board if I'm short on time?

Yes. The board is designed to let you fit in an effective session at home, even when you have little time. A few minutes are enough to easily bring Pilates into your daily routine.

Is it easy to carry?

Yes. The included carry bag lets you protect and carry your board easily, at home or on the move.

Does the board slide on the floor during exercises?

It is fitted with non-slip pads and stays stable on most surfaces. On very smooth tiles or freshly waxed parquet, it may move slightly during the most dynamic movements. The fix takes ten seconds: place it on a yoga mat, or wedge one side against a wall or a piece of furniture. If the problem persists in your home despite this, you have 14 days to send it back to us and be refunded.

I'm 1.80 m or taller. Is it suitable?

The board offers 106 cm of usable surface, which suits the vast majority of body types. People over 1.85 m may find the range of motion a little short on some lying-down exercises. If that is your case and the board does not suit you, you can send it back to us within 14 days and be refunded.

What are the returns and delivery terms?

Free delivery throughout the European Union, dispatch within 24 working hours. Delivery within 2 to 3 days in mainland France, Germany and Italy, 7 days on average in the other countries. You have 14 days to change your mind: write to us at hello@pilatella.com; return costs are at your expense. Your board is covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty, in addition to the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Can I use it while pregnant or after giving birth?

We cannot make that call for you: ask your doctor or midwife for advice before you start. It is the only serious answer we can give you.
