Where we deliver
We deliver throughout the European Union. Delivery is free, with no minimum purchase.
Delivery times
Your order is sent to our warehouse as soon as it is confirmed and shipped from the European warehouse closest to you. Indicative times:
- Mainland France, Germany and Italy: 2 to 3 working days.
- Other European Union countries: 3 to 10 working days.
Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day. Your parcel may arrive in an Amazon box, our logistics partner: it is indeed your Pilatella order.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received it within 3 working days, check your spam folder and then write to us at hello@pilatella.com.
Your exercise programme
No need to wait for your parcel: the order confirmation email contains a link to receive the 7-day Pilatella Challenge and your 10-exercise guide straight away. You will also find a QR code in the box to access it at any time.
