I've never done Pilates. Is the board suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. The Pilatella board suits beginners and more experienced practitioners alike. Start at your own pace and gradually increase the intensity with the different resistance levels.
Is it a real reformer?
No, and we'd rather be clear. A studio reformer works with a carriage and springs. Pilatella borrows its principles, controlled glide and graded elastic resistance, in a 4.9 kg board that fits behind a sofa.
How much space do I need?
Unfolded, 106 × 42 cm and 3 cm thick. Folded, 53 × 42 cm and 6 cm thick: it fits under a bed, behind a sofa or in a cupboard. On smooth tiles, slide a yoga mat underneath.
How do I access the Pilatella programmes?
Scan the QR code inside the box: you receive access to your bonus of 10 exercises and to the Pilatella 7-Day Challenge, to help you get to grips with the board and progress at your own pace.
How long does delivery take?
Shipped within one business day, delivered in 2 to 3 business days in mainland France. Delivery is free.
