Article 1 — Purpose and identification of the seller
These general terms and conditions govern sales concluded on the website pilatellastudio.com between NASTIBA, an SAS with share capital of €1,000, whose registered office is located at 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, registered with the RCS de Paris under number 947 995 098, operating the Pilatella brand, and any consumer within the meaning of the French Consumer Code. Any order implies their unreserved acceptance.

Article 2 — Products
The essential characteristics of the products are described on their product page. The photographs are as faithful as possible but have no contractual value as regards the exact shade.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges, which are stated before the order is confirmed. NASTIBA reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in force when the order is recorded.
Article 4 — Orders
The sale is final once payment has been validated and the confirmation email has been sent. NASTIBA reserves the right to refuse any order that is abnormal in nature or placed in bad faith.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made by bank card or by the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secure. NASTIBA has no access to any banking data.
Article 6 — Delivery
The terms and delivery times are set out on the Delivery page. In the event of a delay, you may terminate the contract under the conditions provided for in article L.216-6 of the French Consumer Code.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason. The cost of returning the product is at your expense. The terms are set out on the Returns and refunds page; a model form is provided in the appendix.
Article 8 — Guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). NASTIBA also grants a one-year manufacturer's warranty, the terms of which are set out on the Returns and refunds page. If you live in another Member State of the European Union, these terms do not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, in particular as regards the legal guarantee (at least 2 years; 3 years in Spain).
Article 9 — Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our Privacy policy. You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection, which can be exercised at hello@pilatella.com.
Article 10 — Disputes and mediation
These terms and conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
